More kind words from our members.
“As always so good! This class really challenged my lower body today but was a great mix and the teachers always go above and beyond, know where everyone in the class is at and adapts accordingly!.”
— Amal“Awesome class as always. Great workout, great cueing, great energy. I aways know I’m going to leave the session feeling better than when I came in..”
— Jodie“I’ve done maybe close to a hundred classes by now and I’ve never stayed behind to say how good a class was but this class was one of the best I’ve had. The layers were amazing and I consistently felt challenged through all the exercises. [The instructor] gave me helpful corrections in an encouraging way and to the first timer next to me too. I’ll be coming back to this location”

Our classes are suitable for most ages (must be older than 16), sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
Our expert instructors offer modifications as needed; just ensure you let them know of any pre-existing conditions before the class. In every class, you will feel your muscles working, they might even shake uncontrollably, and you will definitely feel a burn. That’s a good thing!
-
Absolutely. If you’re already strong and experienced with exercise, you’ll have plenty of room to work hard here.
Our instructors teach to the room and get to know what you’re capable of. We use spring resistance, tempo, range, control and exercise progression to increase the challenge, rather than relying on speed for intensity.
You’ll be encouraged to choose the option that genuinely challenges you, and as you get stronger, we’ll keep progressing you. If you want to work hard, we’ll meet you there.
-
No. You can start at Feel Good with zero Pilates experience. We recommend starting with a reformer induction which is included in your 21 Day Membership.
During your 21 Days, our instructors will guide you through each class, help with your setup and give you options that suit where you’re at. As you get stronger and more confident, we’ll keep finding ways to challenge you.
-
That’s real life, and your routine needs to work around it. Your 21 Day Membership gives you access to classes across all four Feel Good studios, with 200+ classes on the timetable each week. Book the classes that work for your week, and change them when your week changes.
The goal is to find a rhythm you can actually keep coming back to.
-
By the end of your 21 days, you’ll have a much better idea of which classes and times you love attending, how often you want to come and where Feel Good fits into your week.
If you want to keep going, we’ll help you choose the membership that suits the routine you’ve started building. There’s no pressure to decide before then.
Come and have a look around before we chat.
See inside our studios, watch our classes in action and meet the instructors and clients who make Feel Good what it is.
