Not at all! Our classes are suitable for most ages (must be older than 16), sizes, genders, and fitness levels.
Our expert team offer modifications as needed; just ensure you let them know of any pre-existing conditions before the class.
In every class, you will feel your muscles working, they might even shake uncontrollably, and you will definitely feel a burn. That’s a good thing!
