Feel New is the perfect class for those who are new to Pilates or those looking to revisit and refine their fundamentals. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the class ensuring that you build a solid foundation.

While this class is good for beginners, it's important to note that it is far from ordinary – it will offer a challenge to any level, and we promise to have you feeling that pilates burn and leave you feeling good!

Our signature fun, flowy, all-in-one class. Open to all levels, with plenty of modifications and progressions for those that want more.

Using the reformer, this is a full body workout that will challenge and strengthen your body and mind, leaving you feeling gooood!

Feel Strong - Strength Class

Strength Class

Get ready to Feel Strong and elevate your fitness to a whole new level!

Feel Strong is a circuit based class combining traditional resistance movements with classic Pilates principles. With the guidance from your instructor, use dumbbells and heavier springs to tone, build and strengthen all the major muscle groups. Your heart rate will spike, the endorphins will flow and you will get sweaty!

This class will complement your existing practice and is ideal for adding weight training to your weekly schedule.

Feel Fit

Cardio Class

Get that cardio fix in in our fast paced Feel Fit class! With minimal breaks and bursts of cardio throughout, you can expect to leave this class sweaty (and smiling).

Using the reformer, jump board and your own body weight, this class will improve your stamina and endurance, leaving you feeling fit, energised and ready to take on the day!

This class is not suitable if you are 15+ weeks pregnant.

Feel Extra

Advanced Class

A dynamic class suited for those experienced pilates students who want a bit ‘extra’ from class! Our advanced full-body class can help you push your practice to the next level. With very few breaks, prepare to sweat, shake and smile as we flow through dynamic and challenging exercises from the advanced repertoire of reformer pilates.

It's important that you’re injury free and know your way around the reformer before jumping into this class. We recommend completing at least 10 x Feel Good classes or have been invited by an instructor. This class is not suitable if you are 15+ weeks pregnant.

Feel Good Baby

Pre and Postnatal Class

A class designed to support our mums and mums-to-be! Expect to feel supported and energized, and leave the class feeling good for doing something for yourself!

Using the reformer we focus on building strength, alignment & tone with a specific emphasis on posture & stability.

We have space to park your pram, and there is room for a capsule, rocker or play mat next to your reformer. We welcome babies under 12 months of age.

Prenatal Clients

Private Pilates Session

We love to support our beautiful mums and mummas-to-be! Once you’ve reached 15 weeks, we require you to book a private reformer session with one of our expert trainers so they can guide you through the current global prenatal guidelines. After the private session, you will feel empowered with an understanding and knowledge of pregnancy safe exercises to help you continue in some group classes.

Over 55’s

Designed for 55 years and over, but not exclusively. This low impact class is tailored for those that want to build their core strength and functional fitness.

The class will be adapted to your own needs and ability.
