Ange Fletcher

Co-Founder & Director

It was love at first lunge to scooter combo when Ange started her own Pilates training in 2010. Already working as a personal trainer, Ange found Pilates complimented her existing regime by focusing on form, technique and overall posture - critical elements that are often forgotten at the gym.

Completing her Pilates Certificate at Breathe Education in Melbourne, Ange believes the key to maintaining any exercise routine is variety and to make it challenging. Using a mixture of light and heavy springs, expect to leave Ange's classes feeling sweaty but abundantly energised, as you flow through a results-driven body and mind workout!

Siobhan Closey

Pilates Instructor

Millie Ribero

Pilates Instructor

Millie discovered Pilates when she moved back to Melbourne for University, after living in Bangkok for 11 years. Having left competitive swimming behind, she was looking for a new style of low-impact movement to challenge her body and mind.

She went to her first Pilates class with a couple of college girlfriends and when she struggled to walk out of the studio afterwards (we've all been there), she knew she'd be back for more.

Millie fell in love with the variety of movement Pilates offered, and the community she was becoming a part of, which eventually led to completing her Pilates Certification with Unite Health (APPI).

Building elements of strength, balance, and coordination into her classes, Millie's passionate about helping clients push themselves, and build trust in their bodies along the way.

Emma Keesing

Pilates Instructor

Emma was introduced to Pilates via Jazz Ballet in her late teens. 15years later, the blend of purposeful movement, stability and strength kept her coming back for more and led to a 300hr teacher training for both Reformer and Mat repertoire - deepening her understanding of the purpose, anatomical focus and benefit behind each movement.

Having practiced Pilates alongside many other forms of movement - including during periods of injury, Emma is an advocate for the complementary nature of Pilates and its ability to increase body awareness, strength and motor skills that are valuable both in and out of the studio. As a teacher, her particular interest is in creating flowing classes that move our bodies in all directions, offering layers and props to motivate each person to find their personal challenge and confidence to progress.
