What is the challenge?

  1. Choose your own goal of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 classes per week for six weeks, from 30 June - 10 August.

  2. Your name and goal will be written on the challenge board for you. Just tick off your classes as your complete them.

  3. Join the Feel Fierce WhatsApp community chat to stay motivated, share your wins, and connect with other challengers. Real support, real people, all in one place.

  4. Complete your goal to unlock Feel Fierce status and earn a limited edition hoodie, a reward for your commitment and consistency. Plus, everyone who hits their goal goes into the draw to win 1 month of unlimited Pilates, with one winner at each studio. We’re also giving away 1 week of unlimited Pilates to another lucky challenger at each location.

What do you get if you complete the challenge?

  • To join the challenge, simply choose the membership that fits your goals:

    • If you plan to do 3 classes a week, sign up for the 3 classes per week membership.

    • If your goal is to do 4 or more classes each week, sign up for an unlimited membership.

  • Here’s how to sign up to the Feel Fierce Winter Challenge based on your current membership:

    • If you’re on the 2 classes per week membership:
      To take part, you’ll need to upgrade to the membership that matches your challenge goal. If you plan to do 3 classes per week, switch to the 3-class-per-week membership. If you want to do 4 or more classes each week, upgrade to the unlimited membership.

    • If you’re on the 3 classes per week membership:
      You’re all set to complete your 3 classes each week! If you decide to do 4 or more classes, just upgrade to the unlimited membership.

    • If you’re already on the Unlimited Membership:
      You’re good to go! Simply complete the challenge entry form to join the challenge.

  • Once you’ve signed up via the challenge form, you’ll be given a link to join the WhatsApp group. This will also be sent to you via text and email.

    Keep an eye out, it’s where all the motivation, support, and good vibes will be!

  • Absolutely! The Feel Fierce Winter Challenge is for all levels, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been moving with us for a while. It’s a great way to build consistency, stay motivated during winter, and be part of an uplifting community. We’ll support you every step of the way!

  • While we recommend spreading your classes out evenly each week, we get that life doesn’t always go to plan. As long as you complete your total number of classes by the end of the challenge, you’re on track, and eligible to win prizes!

  • We love your enthusiasm, but once the challenge begins, your goal is locked in to keep things fair and consistent for everyone. Choose the level that feels right for you when signing up, and we’ll be cheering you on the whole way!

  • Think about what feels good and doable for you. If 3 classes a week is a solid step up, that’s a great place to start. If you’re ready to really lean in and move more, go for 4 or more! There’s no perfect number, just choose a goal that feels sustainable, and aligned with the kind of energy you want this winter. And remember, your membership type should match your goal so you’re all set to smash it!

  • Absolutely, the challenge can be a great way to keep moving throughout your pregnancy!

    You can safely exercise with us, in any of our class styles until you reach 15 weeks.

    Once you reach 15 weeks, you will need to complete a Private Prenatal Session with one of our expert trainers. Once completed, you can continue in any of our Feel New, Feel Good and Feel Strong group classes. Our teachers will be there to assist and ensure you and your growing bump are moving safely.

  • Yes, you can! Your classes will count no matter which of our studios you visit, so feel free to mix it up and move wherever suits you best. J

Feel Fierce Winter Challenge T&Cs:

  • You must attend 6 HIIT classes (Feel Fit or Feel Strong classes or a mix of both) during the 25 days, to be eligible to win.

  • You must not late cancel or no show to any classes during the Challenge, to be eligible to win.

  • We want to make the challenge fair to everyone so during this time, all client bookings will be limited to a maximum of 2 classes per day.

  • The winners will be announced on the community whatsapp chat, our social media accounts, and will be notified via email. Make sure you have joined the WhatsApp chat and are following us on Instagram @feel.good.pilates. Please ensure your email address is updated on your Feel Good Pilates profile.
